TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN GETTING A GREAT PHYSIQUE OR IN LIFE. DISIPLINE IS IMPORTANT. #Arnold_Schwarzenegger #BODY_BUILDING #DISCIPLINE Why "DISCIPLINE"  is hard to achieve??Why it seems so hard to maintain "DISCIPLINE" ?? Well there are many major reasons of these kinds of problems... Let's take a deeper look.. ▫️ DISTRACTION  like SOCIAL SITES, FRIENDS CIRCLE, GADGETS & many more. ▪️ LAZINESS ▫️ IRRESPONSIBILITY ▪️ LACK OF DEDICATION Well it seems like an iceberg of problems which are difficult to handle bt can be tackle..... Let's take an example LIFTING WEIGHTS  & DOING CARDIO  regularly is something difficult and even painfull.Bt if we do these kind of training daily or at a fixed period it will soon turn into a "HABBIT"  and this will lead to "DISCIPLINE". Lifting weights and doing cardio is not that tough bt what makes this tough is not doing it at a fixed interval of time. #Conor_McGregor #UFC #D
